All wigs have "invisible" knots, which further enhances the naturalness of the wig.
In addition, an adjustable elastic band and a comb are sewn into the neck area for an optimal fit. If you don't need this or need more combs, please contact me.

Ready to Ship orders placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM will typically be shipped on the same day (payments via prepayment). In exceptional cases, Ready to Ship orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days. A tracking number will be automatically provided after shipment. You will be informed of any delays/changes.

Return Information ▾
Please make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your wig upon arrival. For a return, the lace must remain uncut and the wig must be in new and unworn condition. You have a 14-day return policy, subject to the return policy conditions.

Ready To Ship Bestellungen, die von Montag bis Freitag jeweils bis 12 Uhr eingehen, werden in der Regel am selben Tag versendet (Zahlungen per Vorkasse).
In Ausnahmefällen werden die Ready To Ship Bestellungen innerhalb von 2-4 Werktagen versendet.
Eine Nummer zur Sendungsverfolgung wird nach Versand automatisch zur Verfügung gestellt.

Stelle bitte nach Ankunft sicher, dass du zu 100% mit deiner Perücke zufrieden bist.
Für eine Retoure muss die Lace zwingend ungeschnitten sowie die Perücke in neuwertigen und ungetragenen Zustand sein.
Du hast unter Beachtung der Retourenbestimmungen ein 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht.
